  • Guest：They say it is a 3 star hotel, but I think it is a 2, maybe a 1 and a half star, hotel. The rooms are ok, but it is supposed to be a bed and breakfast stay, the first morning I went to get breakfast and it is such a poor open buffet, but 7:00 am they ran out of tea!! On another occasion, I went at 7:30 and some trays were literally empty! I was having my breakfast and just paused to have a few tea sips, when the waiter came to collect my plate, there was still food on my plate, I kept telling him I was not finished ‘in Turkish’ but it took him a minute to understand! Also, they need to clean, and I mean clean the rooms! The first night when I came back from our tour, they did not enter the room, it was the same, so no cleaning on my first day! The next day, I went to the reception and said ‘the room needs to be cleaned’ when I came back, the bed was made, yes, towels were changed, yes, but I don’t think there was any kind of cleaning, because the hair I left in the sink in the morning was still there. So they need to do a much better job. I forgot to mention the small curtain that does not cover the whole window. Won’t go there again.

  • Guest：Hello everyone, We stayed two nights. There was no cleaning while we were there, and you have to wait a long time for the elevator. The power goes out constantly. The overhead fountain doesn't work while I'm showering in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay, but there was no coffee to drink. When we asked for coffee, they told us it was Turkish coffee, it was an extra, and the price was 100 TL.
